Support Agent

Good and happy support is the heart of Cashmio. We love our customers and want to make sure they know that!


As a support agent, you will answer our customers' queries about anything between heaven and earth. If they just want to talk about the weather, we are up for those kinds of chats too. Contact happens by live chat or email. At the moment we don't offer phone support.


We wish you to be a good team player with high intellectual curiosity, drive and initiative.

We require you to speak fluently at least English and Finnish. :) 


    On top of the support tasks, we have a lot more you can do if you have a dull moment. We are good at spotting our employees' strengths and like to offer everyone extra tasks to keep them interested and constantly developing their skills.


    Former experience from iGaming is not required, although it will be a plus. The most important thing at Cashmio is the right attitude! If you are happy, hardworking, and ambitious we can´t wait to receive your application.
